Effective: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vektoid, an AI-assisted logo and vector mark generation service available at vektoid.com (the “Service”), provided by Keldrion, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
The Service requires sign-in through Google OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account and for all activity under your sign-in. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction).
Vektoid generates vector graphics (“Outputs”) from text prompts using third-party AI models accessed through OpenRouter, and provides post-processing, preview, and export tooling. The Service is provided over the internet; we may add, change, or remove supported models and features over time. We do not guarantee that any particular model will remain available.
We claim no ownership of your prompts or Outputs. To the extent any rights vest in us, we assign them to you. You may use your Outputs commercially and otherwise.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
If you believe content generated or displayed through the Service infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the allegedly infringed right, the relevant Output or prompt, and your contact information. We will review good-faith reports and may remove content and suspend responsible accounts. Repeat infringers lose access to the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Outputs are unique, do not resemble existing works or marks, or are fit for any particular commercial use. Availability depends on third-party providers (model providers, OpenRouter, hosting, and database services) whose failures may interrupt the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keldrion, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or US$50 if you have not made a purchase).
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your Outputs, including any claim that your use of an Output infringes or violates the rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally; disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits either party’s ability to seek injunctive relief, or removes consumer protections that apply under mandatory local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
